vBulletinSetup.com is not affiliated with vBulletin.com - the information it asks you to give is a vBulletin board URL and a vBulletin.org/com account name (so yours is Xtrigit) - This isn't really classified as personal information, though the information is not shared.

The information is not even obligatory to provide, it is just so that the staff can put you into the "vBulletin Owners" group which gives you further access to the site, such as access to modification and skin downloads provided by members over there, however, if you make 15 posts you are put into this group anyway.
