Need help: 301-Redirect for old URLs

Hi,

before I updatet my forum to 4.0, I've been using vb 3 with some seo-addons.

Now Google knows all the "old" Urls and I want to redirect them to the new URLs.

OLD: http://***/name-of-subforum/187-threadname.html
NEW: http://***/threads/187-threadname

OLD: http://***/tags/layer.html
NEW: http://***/tags.php?tag=layer

How do I realise that in my htaccess?
