BBCode only works for Admin

The title may be a bit misleading, but for some reason, when I try to post under something lower than an admin, I can't see the BBCode preview in the WYSIWYG editor.

I see the code already, but when I choose the size and colors, it just has the code itself, I want the preview of it before it's submitted.. any ideas for anything lower than admin?
