Different Logo's on Forums

I am trying to put different logo's on different boards. I'm trying to use a <if> condition. Everything is working fine, except the logo on my forum home page is showing up twice. Thus in my other forums, the special logo is there, but so is the forum home logo. (twice)! I have attached my code, just need help getting rid of the extra logo.
