some members not able

to view pictures, even some they loaded themselves.

I have a picture thread and some members are reporting seeing a red "x" , even from attachments they loaded after they switched PCs.

load pic from work, go home & all they see is a red "x" or a blank space.

could this be a firewall issues?

if they rigth click they get the message that they have no permission to edit the pic or attachment.
