User CP Text Missing - Please Help

Good Morning,

I did a couple of searches, but found nothing. If this issue already reported, I apologize.

Just bought 2nd vB license and that board is running 3.8.5

URL Babylon 5 RPG

Issue:

User CP >> Edit Options

First two options under Messaging and Notifications, the text is missing or set to black and I've been unable to locate the specific bit of code and fix. I tried Styles and I've tried tweaking settings. We have turned all add ons off and checked and back on. Similar code exists on my SGC rpg board but not the issue.

Please help... I'd like to open the board soon.
