Hide Various BB Code Content From Users for 4.X

In my vb3.8. i used the great mod. "hide some bbcode from guest."

But after upgrade forum to 4.0.3 i have problem.
I cant save the settings in admincp

Maybe someone could rewrite this mod: form 3.x to 4.x
