Help...Accidentally deleted a file in FTP server

Ok. I accidentally deleted the index.php file from my ftp client. There's no way that I can find to just recover it. Is there anything I can do? I've been trying to find a place to download the 3.7.4 files and just add the index.php file without adding any of the others but can't find the download anywhere. Can someone help?
