upgraded to vB 3.8.4

hey everyone.

i just upgraded my 3.6.12 board to 3.8.4. everything went pretty smoothly, but none of the drop-down menus are working. not the navbar drop downs, not the moderation drop downs.

would greatly appreciate any help and insight into this problem. thanks.

*edit*

forgot to mention this. the user profile tabs aren't working either. all of the profile info is listed as it was in vB 3.6.x, with everything listed on one page.
