Will upgrading to 4.0.2 from 4.0.1 mess up my mods?

I don''t think your mods will be messed up. It is best to disable all the mods before you perform the update though. To update your forum, make first a thorough backup of your db and then overwrite all your forum files with the files from the 4.0.2 package and then run the upgrader by going to www.yourforum./com/install/upgrade.php.
