Auto promote demote ?

Hello ,

I am using vBulletin v3.8.4 patch 2 and i would like to ask if its possible to write an addon / mod that would allow me to automatically change users ranks (based on IP) depending on an request that would come frmom other server . Like user does somethink my server checks it and if its possitive it would send info to my other server where is the vBulletin forum . Then vBulletin should change user rank .

Would it be possible ?
