I am using the Little Black style.
I am using a banner that CANNOT be edited via the 3 banner method.

Forum width is at 100%, I have stretched / decreased the image to fit, (when I had AIM docked on the right side of my desktop), days later, I finally noticed that without AIM open, the image is way short.

So of course, I stretched it, however, when I stretch it, then of course with a different resolution, the image is far too long.

It seems to be common, but the solution is usually to use the 3 banner method, which I can't do because of my specific banner

I appreciate any help, hopefully this one gets some responses, since my other posts never do.
