BB Code to embed flash with size.

Hello all.
I have recently move my forums to VBulletin 4.

I am very happy with it so far. But I am in need of a BB Code that would allow users to embed a .swf (flash) within there post and be able to customize the dimensions (size).

Most of my users are used to this format:

[flash=height,width]http://www.yoursite/animation.swf[/flash]

Could anybody help me with this. I certainly hope I am posting this in the right place.
