Blog issues

My avatars are sized at 180x180 in my forum. When comments are left on the blogs, the images overlap each other and the reply box. I looked at the stylevars and can't find anything for blog comments (in order to resize). -Image attached

For the blog categories, I want two categories with one for normal users and another for admins. For some reason, I can't find a way to put blogs into a category based on usergroup. Now, everytime someone posts a blog, it places them in "uncategorized". Anyway to fix this?
