Additional CSS Definitions.. where i find them?

in the previous version (3.8) i add my styles in the path
Style Manager -> Main CSS -> Additional CSS Definitions

an example:
#carrusel{ max-height:250px!important; width:589px; overflow:hidden;}
#carrusel #gallery DIV.panel {padding: 0px}
#header_esmais{margin:0 auto !important;}
.HDR_texto{height:18px !important;}



but in the version (4.0) are obsolet
somebody knows
where i could insert my css?
