Move through xml/html in vbulletin?

Hello, I currently have the code

What I am trying to do is so that when Move is selected, the thread gets moved to a certain forum. How will I be able to do this? Thank you.

P.S. I want this for both SHOWTHREAD and THREAD TOOLS
