getting others access to vb.org site

i have partners that help me with my VB site.. i'm trying to find how to properly get them access to vB.org to help me things. what is the proper process to get them access under my license.
right now i need other person, potentially 2.

Im sorry if this should go somewhere else, i didnt see where to get the info or ask
