FieldX and Privacy chose on postbit

To date in order to display an additional field type postbit facebook use this statement

<if condition="$is_member_of($bbuserinfo,6)" /> fieldX </if>

but it is not correct because there is the option of 3.8 privacy and therefore will not meet the user-configured and run the risk of it appear in postbit and obscured in the profile (action choice), now I was wondering if anyone had found the instructions for attaching the two?
