Help, help!

I added a plug-in that messed my board up and I can't click on anything in the control panel.

I googled and found that I should add this:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

to my config file, but it didn't say where, so I just added it at the bottom of the coding stuff, but nothing fixed after I reuploaded it, so I know that can't be right.

Can anyone help me?

Ok, I figured this part out, but now I still can't get anything to click in the admin panel...grrr...

At least my board isn't dead for the time being.
