Joindate format in MySql of vBulletin

Could someone please tell me how to read this data?

I need to know the registration date (time-stamp) of all the users in my forum.

I downloaded the user table as a csv file, but I can not read the joindate column.

The column looks like this (with many more records):

joindate
1195762080
1195942320
1197122400
1197121080
1197312817
1197313767
1197335040
1197340817
1197370440
1197378719
