Need some help with Colors (thread by username)

Well i already colored the usernames with the usergroup settings but i also
want the Usernames to be colored at last posts.
Also Example:

Here i also want to have the usernames colored with the color settings from
the Usergroup but i dont know where and how to modify the Code. It would
be very nice if you would help me with that. Thanks in afore
