Allowing a usergroup view a offline forum!

I wish to allow a spesified usergroup view my offline forum without having to give them admin/hidden admin..

I've seen a mod on here before to allow it but cant think for the life of me what the name is, does anyone know?

Its mainly used for beta testers, managers and moderators...
