Are you by chance using IE 8?

I had this same problem for a few days after upgrading and it almost drove me nuts.

Might not be your problem, but in case some aren't aware of it, the IE 8 will magnify everything until you adjust it.

When things are set at 100%, it auto ups it to 125%.

What posessed them to do this I will NEVER know!

anyway bottom right hand corner of the IE8 browser has a magnifying glass with the % it's currently browsing it.. I just clicked on it and set it for 100%.

I'm serious though, I was working on a webpage and kept changing the size values over and over before I figured it out!
