Looking for Addon(s) (Paid or Free)

I'm building a Social Network website similar to www.fubar.com and www.ning.com.

On vBulletin I understand their is 'Social Groups' and it's something we're looking at to create it similar to those networks above, but its basic and I've looked on Mods by similar keywords and Social Group addons but have came up empty and maybe somebody could point me in the right direction.

Fubar has Lounges - This is similar to Social Groups.

When create lounges on Fubar, You can edit the page to be as custom as you like plus has an integrated Chat Room, Which wondering could this be accomplished using Flash Chat? I'm thinking a vBulletin Addon for IRC would work as I have my own IRC Network and it will create channel and I could add bot on creation of the room.

There is an addon vBRadio but has been discounted seems like would fit what I would like to do; Each Lounge/Social Group would be able to add a stream url, port and it automatically add the player (set by admin) and show radio stats (Now Playing, Station, Current Listeners at what bitrate and last songs played in the Social Group. Reason for IRC is I can easily use a bot to do the same thing but post in chat, and the chat box for IRC would be integrated Social Groups.

If you have used Fubar and/or Ning you should understand where I'm going with this (They have limitations and I want to be able to do more on my domain name to give us hits and not them.)

I also have vBSEO which I can change the group, /group/groupname

If there isn't an addon for Social Groups but another addon to do this point me in the right direction, paid or free... If there isn't an alternitive and understand what I'm looking for and would like program this addon for me, I can create a project on getafreelancer (money goes thru there) to get the addon I would like.
