Admin not receiveing board notification emails

his has been going on for a little while now and Ive looked everywhere to find the solution.

Before when I sent out the newsletter I got a copy of it since I included the admins to receive it. But for a few months now I haven't been getting the email. I also haven't been getting new members emails. I do get emails from members asking questions. No problem there.

Ive checked the board settings as to admin notifications. Ive checked my personal account and its set to receive admin emails. Ive looked at access masks and that's ok. Ive run rebuild and optimize tables several times with no change.

Anyone have an ideal why this is happening?
