Editing footer?

Question... I had a friend help me install vbulletin and he helped me put some links on the bottom of my forum as well. Now I want to move those banner links and images to the side of the forum since we've installed the ultimate side columns mod.

Can't figure out what on earth we editted to have those images appear in the footer? I checked the footer template and it has not been touched? Any suggestions?

oh site is www.caiqueforum.com in case you need to take a look to see what I'm trying to explain, lol.
