Invisible option at login?

A lot of forums I visit have a little box you can tick beside your login that let's you sign in as invisible if you want to. At the moment, you have to sign in, then go to your user cp to do this - which is not very convenient. I've searched here but can't seem to find how to do this. Any ideas?
