Upload JPG error

Hello

I have a problem with the uploaded files.
These files are allowed

Attachment Manager
Extension Maximum Filesize Max Width Max Height Enabled Thumb New Win Controls
amxx 999999999 Yes Yes No
cfg 1000000 Yes No No
jpeg 99999999 65535 65535 Yes Yes No
jpg 2147483647 65535 65535 Yes Yes No
sma 99999999 Yes Yes No
txt 20000 Yes No No

But they just go to upload
amxx , cfg , sma , txt

and if you add zip and rar or not it can be uploaded

What can I do?
