user profile field for programs with photos

hello

i need to add profile field with program use

every user have many options to select with 2 options

1- only every user an select only 5 programs
2- the user can select any number of programs

when select any program it's appear with the program photo in postbit

i have attached an photo for illustration

i wait the replay with instruction
