Embargo posts.

Hiya.
A few of my users have requested a embargo feature, where they write a post today and it shows at a specified time in the future.
Is this a possible modification? Would any talented programmers be willing to create it with the ability to restrict which usergroups can use it.

I would be eternally greatful.
