Edit Config.php

Hi,

I have just downloaded a VB Mod which requires me to change my status from a Admin to a super Admin. I need to edit the config.php file in order to get the mod working, how exactly do I do this? I found the config.php in the includes folder once accessing it via Cyberduck FTP, but I can't work out what program I need to use to edit the file.
