Display Options/Currently Active Users/Moderators at top of page?

How on earth do you do this? Im trying to move the Display Options, Active Users, Moderators boxes that are at the bottom of the page by default to the top of the page. Any ideas?

I know its possible, i've seen it before... but im stumped. :P
