My Web Speak Template is out of whack:

Algorithms, Mathematics, and Programming - Powered by vBulletin

even though I paid for it.

These are the folders & files in the webspeak template I am using :

> 3.7x

> 3.8x

> fonts

> source

> uploads

> LICENSE_and_instructions.txt

> product-latest-posts.xml

I have uploaded contents of 'uploads' folder.

I have uploaded the style file webspeak.xml (located in 3.8x) using the Upload/Download Style section of vBulletin Admin.

The template's columns are not aligned and there are missing graphics:
