An IRC CHAT?

How can I add an IRC chat that allows users to login with their username without logging in/ joining.

Like lets say you go to my website click Chat then you are redirected to a page within my vBulletin website, And now it auto loads your username your logged in as? How can I do this also. I need to know how to add an irc chat as well.

Also how would I go along making a page like this within my vBulletin.
