Disable 'Find All Posts'

I saw a mod somebody was using on their forums that allowed users to not display their own posts when people are searching the forums. In addition, if this was set to "yes" then there was no option in the profile to "find all posts by this user".

I cannot seem to find this mod. Does anybody know where it is?
