User profile fields - how to display?

User profile fields - how to display?

I basically created a new profile field, but not sure how to get it to display for a User under his name in the actual forums.

Here's a pic, to further clarify:

Where it has join date, location, posts, I'd like to add my new field I created in there.
Any help, would be greatly appreciated, thx
