Changing my USERID

On my forum, I am member.php?u=188,

I know my profile can be accessed by member.php?username=Mad Mikey but I was wondering.

How would I get my userid to be #1, whilst the current holder of userid #1 is moved to #188.

I'm asking cos the founder of the forum has given it up, and I have taken over, and I'm just idly wondering, if it involves tampering with the database i'm probably not gonna do it..

Also, if it's not possible to "switch" I have a user who was userid=4 who was deleted, would I be able to "fill" that spot?

Is it possible to "Re-allocate" deleted user's userids?

Not urgent, just some idle wondering, please, feel free to post speculation, or ideas on the topic, as I'm not seeking help, per se, as this forum seems to be used for, just trying to start a discussion
