What is the safest way to buy 'used' vBulletin licenses? How to pay? Using PayPal?

Hi everybody!

I'm buying a vBulletin licence from a another vB.org user, and we already set the price and a way to pay.

At first, he asked me to pay via Western Union, but I asked if I could pay by PayPal, which he accepted by informing me his PayPal address.

The question is: Will it be safe to me? Is there any possibility that something could go wrong and I loose my money?

I'm used to pay via PyaPal on eBay, but not here with users on vB.org or any other place else... :erm:
