I want my main page BLANK

I want my main page blank and only shows you

MY LOGO HERE

Username:
Password:
Remember Me? [y/n] : Forgot Password? [y/n]

MY NOTES RIGHT HERE

Only these should be visible the entire site until login. For example they can't even use the URL like mysite.com/forumdisplay.php etc and still display this page

How can I do this?
