Hi,

I have a couple of the banner ad mods on my forum. I have been keeping track of my advertisers and ad expirations etc. by just writing them down in a book. When ads are due to expire I have to PM them and let them know and ask them if they want to renew. To do this I have to always check the book to see when someone is due and quite frankly, I forget half the time and it's a pain in the rear to keep track of everything.

Does anyone out there know of a system or way to make some of this automated so that they get an email or PM when they are expiring etc. Anything that would make keeping track of them easier?
