Is there any way to get old ones back?

For Example:


https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=14

Lets say, you deleted this board...then later - created another. But since it's 'recreated' it has a new f= ID number.

Is there anyway to get back previously deleted board ID's?
