for the 15$ per person, these persons have to purchase a package of some sort... it's an affiliate engine, they are not recording free accounts but the paid one... or where would they find the cash...

and if they ask you to contact them to be paid more, i suppose they are crap... when a affiliate software know when you hit 500 records, it's automatic they can raise your incomes...
