Funny you say that. I have little tut's everywhere. They never find them to click them. In my original post I referenced (older crowd). We're talking older sports figures over 60 who only know to click things they can see or make sense to them. Most of my site is picture links for them to click on. When it comes to spelling or using search that is where the problem is. I send them PM's with the proper navigation but sometimes they've already left and don't come back for a couple days to extended periods of time.
Hence the reason why I'd like an instantaneous response. The older crowd doesn't mind the help. They prefer it.
