Subscribe to E-Mail ?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a setting that causes everyone in a thread to be subscribed to e-mail on it. Is there a setting for this , is this possible ? I don't want them to subscribe manually but rather just subscribe them by default when they post to a thread or start a thread and let them choose to unsubscribe with the e-mail that comes if they wish.
