Uninstalling it, does not seem to work. Its leaving behind false tables, if thats correct terminology.
The table is not in the database, but it would appear it must be calling it from somewhere within another table, as it is spewing out this error.
There are no crons running neither for this , that i can determine
that thread is the best to ask than
and did you try installing, and removing like my suggestion?
It's worked for me in the past with some error messages like the above
