Prefixes do not appear in admincp

For a month I run the prefixes, which can only use cree from the outset, that I add now, both as groups of prefixes prefixes, leave blank and I can not use: S

How does it work?
I thought that upgrading to the next version will resolve to leave, but I upgraded to 3.8.2 and still going
