I have a smaller forum setup and I'm utilizing the paid subscription area for my donators and advertisers...right now, when someone uses the paid subscriptions, after the time period I have set it just expires and they're never notified of the expiration. I realize I can setup recurring payments, but if they only intended to subscribe once...now I'll have issues where they get charged again and didn't want to so they'll be demanding refunds and a cancellation.
What I'm looking for is either a plugin or just an explanation of how to set it up so ~30 days before their subscription expires, they receive either an email or a PM letting them know their subscription is expiring soon so they can re-subscribe if they'd like. I'm sure this is possible...possibly even in the standard forum software without installing any plugins, I just don't know how to do it. Anyone know...or could anyone lead me to a plugin/add-on which will do just that? Oh yeah, I'm running vbulletin 3.7.4 Thanks for the help! --------------- Added [DATE]1238259079[/DATE] at [TIME]1238259079[/TIME] --------------- Update...okay, so one of my members let me know that he DID receive some kind of notification saying he needed to renew. So I guess you all can disregard my above question...however, does anyone know how far in advance it notifies you to renew? Just curious now... |
