Reported Post Email

Hello.

How would you be able to restrict those moderators to get reported post emails? I am not seeing any options for it other than VBulletin Options > User Infractions & Post Reporting Options. Although, that does not give me hardly any options either. All I want to recieve emails are super mods and admins. That's it, but it doesn't give me that option.

Is there a way to restrict emails to only be given to certain user ids or something simple like that?

Also, I am wondering if there is a way to restrict the amount of userrank images to show when a user posts. I am also unable to find a setting for that.
