Edit Button Completely Missing

Something real weird happenned. I installed Vbseo on the board. It messed my board up and people were not able to log in. It used to log them in and log them out. So I immediately turned off the Vbseo.

Everything returned back to normal except for this one issue,

I am a super admin and my ability to edit posts exists all over the board. Other admins can edit posts only in the admin forum and nowhere else. Mods are not able to edit posts anywhere else.

Usergroup settings show that all mods and admins can edit others posts. I don't understand what I've goofed up and where.
