Searching IP by Views rather then Posts.

Is there anyway I can search a user's IP to see if they have looked at a thread or post? It's possible with this addon: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=168302

but there's no search for it. Would it be easy to code / how would I go about doing it?
